We are currently welcoming applications for a Compliance Coordinator, to support the team in our Aylesbury headquarters.
The position is 12 months maternity cover, with part-time hours (09:30 – 14:30) and potential for permanent.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to join our dynamic, hardworking, and friendly team at our Aylesbury HQ. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for coordinating compliance and training for the business, along with providing general administration support to Operations and Sales teams.
The role requires you to collate and organise all information and documentation required to ensure the business remains compliant with its ISO accreditations and legal obligations. You will support all office team with general coordination and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of all actions relating to ISO accreditation in all departments, to ensure the business is meeting the ISO standards.
- Working with various personnel and departments to ensure all identified non-compliances are actioned.
- Collating and generating of all information and documentation relating to compliance for the business.
- Daily tracking and collating of vehicle and asset checks.
- Ensure all reported defects are actioned and recorded.
- Liaising with Planning and the Workshop to coordinate maintenance and inspection of transport fleet.
- Monitoring and updating the training matrix for all staff.
- Ensuring all training records are up to date.
- Liaise with Planning and training providers to organise and book training.
- Monitoring and tracking of H&S and facilities obligations, maintaining relevant records and reports.
- Liaison with other departments for general administration support as required, to include booking accommodation for the installation personnel on the road.
Special Requirements/Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in compliance administration (essential).
- Experience in administrative role in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
Job details
- Working hours 09:30am-14:30pm, Monday – Friday
- Salary £30,000.
- 24 days holiday, plus bank/public holidays.
- Start date: ASAP.
