Our dedicated team plays a vital role in ensuring full operational functionality while maintaining compliance and a renowned level of service.We are looking to recruit a hardworking, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team as a Sales & Customer Service Executive.
Job Description
Based at our established Aylesbury branch (in-person role), the Sales & Customer Service Executive will support generation of profitable sales through provision of excellent levels of customer service and product/technical support. Working closely with our office-based operational and sales teams, contract managers and Head Office.
This position plays an important role to ensure high-quality delivery of our services, maintaining customer satisfaction & supporting contract performance. This will support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Commercial awareness with strong sales and customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- An collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and drive to succeed
- Excellent customer facing & communication skills (verbal and written)
- Understanding of industrial lifting and logistics services (desirable)
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications & CRM (essential)
