Our staff and crew play a vital role as they are the face of the business, ensuring all customer’s machinery is delivered safely and on time to provide an exceptional level of service.

We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated and enthusiastic people to join our expanding team.

We are currently welcoming applications for trainees to develop within the team.

You can expect:

All relevant training, including forklift license.
Full training given for moving machinery within our two warehouses, loading and unloading machinery using varied equipment including overhead gantries, cranes and forklifts.
Hands-on work.
Handling of anything from low value 100 kg machines to those costing multi-millions that weigh 100 ton+
Highly varied, rapidly changing work and schedules
The opportunity to work all over the UK and Overseas on occasion

We need you to:

Be physically capable
Ability to work well within a team
Dependable, punctual with good communication
Previous forklift experience advantageous
Fluent in English
Helpful and forward thinking
Have a full UK driving license

Job expectation:

You will be placed with our teams of experienced engineers to watch and learn and become involved in all aspects of moving machinery safely and efficiently.
Flegg Projects is a growing business, there is development opportunities within the company for the right candidates once they have gained invaluable industry experience.

Vary each day dependent on the specific jobs

Salary:

Starting salary £20-£22K for the right candidates, with plenty of overtime opportunities also.
