We commissioned an external company to carry out a customer satisfaction survey, asking a cross section of our customers about our service. We wanted to find out what we are doing well and identify areas that we can improve on.

Flegg Projects prides itself on understanding the operational and logistical challenges that our customers face when moving machinery and equipment.
Over 75% of our customers surveyed scored us a '7 or above', with 40% scoring 10 (reflecting that we understand their business extremely well). We will continue to maintain these relationships.
