How we work with you to move your machinery

We know you often need some quotes, and action, very fast.
And we can deliver them, wherever you are. Our service can handle projects for a day or over many weeks.

If required by the job and without delay, we send our senior experts to carry out site inspections and surveys to project plan for the most cost-effective solution – ie ( or using) the right team, on the right job, with the right equipment.

Although time-critical jobs over many weeks take careful planning, we have the experience to cost-assess your requirements fast. Very fast.

This way we make sure you don’t pay for inefficient use or even wastage of manpower, equipment – and more.

To make sure we move your machinery cost-effectively, we ask you for:

  • Timescales and deadlines
  • Your priorities for the project (theoretical and practical)
  • Your Commercial fundamentals
  • The equipment details (condition, dimensions and weight)
  • Location(s)

Initial Communication

Quite often, the initial communication will take the form of an onsite meeting. This could be to assess the suitability of a site, to view a complicated machine or to get involved in detailed project planning. Depending on the meeting agenda, the initial visit will normally be followed by a quotation. Subject to the project in question, we back up that quote with a document containing all the costings and commercials.

Assuming we have gathered all the information we need, we normally get a quote back to you within one working day.

Not all jobs require a visit to the site. It is often the case, and backed up by years of experience, that our team will be able to provide an accurate quotation without a visit.

In addition we include, as appropriate, our method statement and a number of appendices going into the finer detail of various aspects of the project, plus of course, our Quality Manual, Quality Procedures documentation and our Health & Safety policies.

Through the life of the project, we have one point of contact to ensure that we are meeting your needs at all times. This is the same service for a one day job or jobs spanning weeks or months.
